Centauri Insurance is a homeowners insurance carrier that offers both residential and commercial insurance. The company says it aims to “provide financial protection and peace of mind for our stakeholders.” The company’s Demotech rating was recently under review after terminating its acquisition by Avatar Insurance.
Centauri doesn’t have a lot of online reviews – only 44 are available on Clearsurance with a 2.3-star average rating. Positive reviews cite a good claims experience, getting a check within a week of a home estimate. Another review states their home was hit by lightning and the claims process was good. Negative reviews are critical of denied claims. The company does not appear to respond to reviews, good or bad.
