The company says it aims to “provide financial protection and peace of mind for our stakeholders.” The company's Demotech rating was recently under review after terminating its acquisition by Avatar Insurance.
Centauri doesn’t have a lot of online reviews – only 10 are available on Clearsurance with a 2.14-star average rating. Positive reviews cite a good claims experience, getting a check within a week of a home estimate. Another review states their home was hit by lightning and the claims process was good. Negative reviews note a major problem with homeowners and equipment breakdown insurance where an AC unit broke was not covered. The company does not appear to respond to reviews, good or bad.
